This necklace is antique, c. 1910.
Necklace measures 16” in length (wears close to the neck like a choker).
The drumming figures are 2” in length.
There is some wear on the stones (see photos). One of the drummers is missing his brass drumstick. Some of the metalwork is slightly bent from storage/passing through time. I will leave to the buyer to possibly repair. It is still a visually stunning piece of jewelry.
The pieces are held together by small lengths of chain and fastened at the back with a small hook and eye clasp. On the back, a few of the backings were either slightly damaged in spots or never fully adhered in those spots. There is tarnish and wear to the piece ~ see photos.
