In overall good condition but listed as fair because four flags have broken off (which seems to be a common problem with this snow globe). I will include three flags which looks like they can be glued or put back in. Please ask all questions. Comes in original packaging/box. Box has dirt on it from its time in storage.
Note: one of the flag poles has the pole but no flag. This is in addition to the three poles/flags separated from the item that I have that look like they can be reglued. I do not have the fourth flag. See second to last photo
