Nice jacket, heavy, not sure why anyone would do this but they cut the Epaulets off the shoulders. Does not look real bad. I did not notice til I started taking pictures. Old Skool California Highway Patrol Police style jacket. Has the extra lining zippered on the inside that you can remove. Lots of zippered pockets. Belt loops but no belt. Size tag reads S. Might be a little larger, check measurements. Measures 18"s across the chest armpit to armpit. Sleeves are 24"s. 26"S from top of collar to waist.
