The pictures absolutely do not do this cocktail dress justice. It’s the top of what I’m wearing in my profile photo, I added a skirt to cinch in the waist, and it is absolutely beautiful on. This is vintage, and it was handmade it looks like in California. The beading on it is absolutely beautiful, and extremely detailed.
It is vintage, so there are a few little spots on it that would probably need to be fixed. Somebody who knows how to steam or iron could probably fix it up very quickly. And somebody who knows how to sew could fix the belt loops in minutes.
The tag reads Elissa of California, and size four is handwritten. I really hate to part with this, but I just will probably never have the opportunity to wear it again. It would be beautiful as a bridal dress in an engagement party or rehearsal dinner. The beading sparkles just enough when you move, and the little pearls in it just are the perfect accent.
