This is a PCGS graded Mint State 65 1969 Jamaican ten cents coin. 1969 was the first year that Jamaica issued its own coinage. Prior to 1969, Jamaica used UK pennies, sixpence, schillings, and half crowns.

The obverse features Jamaica's national flower, lignum vitae, and a butterfly. The reverse features the coat of arms with Arawaks, pineapples, and the national motto "Out of Many, One People".
